Fish products are labeled for ornamental aquarium fish only and are not for human use or for fish intended for food. Bird products are for birds only. Product information on this site is educational and does not replace professional veterinary advice. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud or unavailability, in which case you will be refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed by Airwallex and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms. All sales are final: we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except for goods damaged before delivery as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.
