Secure Shopify checkout
Orders are paid through Shopify’s encrypted checkout using the payment options displayed for your order. SourceMax Labs LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number on this storefront.
Authorization and charges
By submitting an order, you authorize the stated total and confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method. A provider may place an authorization hold before capture. Failed authorization, inconsistent billing details, or fraud screening can delay or prevent acceptance.
Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed in the storefront currency unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed before order submission. Your bank may impose conversion, international, or other fees that are not charged by SourceMax Labs.
Discounts
Automatic and code-based promotions apply only when checkout confirms eligibility. The current volume tiers are 10% off 2 or more qualifying products, 11% off 3 or more, and 12% off 4 or more. The highest eligible volume tier applies; restrictions on combining discounts may apply.
Errors and canceled orders
If a material pricing or product error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected amount. A payment authorization may take additional time to disappear after cancellation depending on the provider.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Provider posting times vary. Contact us first about a charge or order concern so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment misuse may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
