Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return.

Authorized returns should be sent to SourceMax Labs LLC, 171 Pierce Brown Road, Hartwell, Georgia 30643 US. Do not send a return before receiving authorization.
Non-returnable products
Opened items, temperature-sensitive goods, products with broken seals, and final-sale products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary.
